This website is operated by Next Mobile Technologies Limited. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Next Mobile Technologies Limited. Next Mobile Technologies Limited ("NextLaw™") provides Software as a Service (SaaS) such as NextLaw™ Cloud-Based Legal Practice Management Application and NextLaw™ Legal Research Application that provides technological solutions that anticipate and fulfil the needs of Legal professionals to enhance productivity and profitability through our software products ("NextLaw™ Products"). NextLaw™ provides the following products subject to the following conditions:

We offer a wide range of software products and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use a NextLaw™ products, you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to that NextLaw™ Product ("Product Terms").

Data Privacy

NextLaw™ will not access or use your content except as necessary to maintain or provide the Service Offerings, or as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body. We will not disclose your information to any government or third party except in each case as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body. Unless it violates the law or a binding order of a governmental body, we will give you notice of any legal requirement or order referred to.

We will only use the information provided in accordance with our Privacy policy, which also governs your use of NextLaw™’s Products and Services.

Accessibility of Website

Our aim is to ensure accessibility to the website at all times however we make no representation of that nature and reserves the right to terminate the website at any time and without notice. You accept that service interruption may occur in order to allow for website improvements, scheduled maintenance or may also be due to external factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in or made available through the NextLaw™ Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the property of NextLaw™ and protected by the Nigerian Intellectual Property Laws (The Copyright Act, Cap C24 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, The Patent and Designs Act, Cap P2 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 and the Trade Marks Act, Cap T13 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004).

Licence and Access

Subject to your compliance with these conditions of use and your payment of any applicable fees, NextLaw™ or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sub licensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the NextLaw™ Products. All rights not expressly granted to you in these conditions of use are reserved and retained by NextLaw™ or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders or other content providers. No NextLaw™ Product may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of NextLaw™. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademarks, logo or other proprietary information (including images, text, pages, layout or form) of NextLaw™ without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing NextLaw™ 's name or Trademarks without the express written consent of NextLaw™. You may not misuse the NextLaw™ services. The Licences granted by NextLaw™ terminates if you do not comply with these conditions of use.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, directors, agents and/or employees, as the case may be, free from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees related to your breach of these terms of use and user Agreement.

Account

By using any NextLaw™’s products, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are entering this Agreement on behalf of an entity, you represent to us that you have legal authority to bind that entity. NextLaw™ reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

NextLaw™ Software Terms

In addition to these Conditions of Use, the terms apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software and any related documentation) that we make available to you from time to time for your use in connection with NextLaw™ services.

Disclaimer Of Warranties And Limitation Of Liability

THE NEXTLAW™ SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ARE PROVIDED BY NEXTLAW™ "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. NEXTLAW™ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE NEXTLAW PRODUCTS, OR THE INFORMATION CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE NEXTLAW™ PRODUCT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAWS, NEXTLAW™ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEXTLAW™ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE NEXTLAW™ PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCT (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH NEXTLAW™ PRODUCTS, SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES.

Entire Agreement

The term and any documents expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of the Terms and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and us, whether oral or in writing. Both you and we acknowledge that in entering into these terms, neither you nor we have relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written between you and us prior to such terms, except as expressly stated in the terms.

Severability

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is held by any court or tribunal to be invalid or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then that part shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions of Sale and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other section listed in this document.

Miscellaneous Provisions

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Assigning or sub-contracting any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale to any third party is prohibited unless agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to transfer, assign or sub-contract the benefit of the whole or part of any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale to any third party.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions of use shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

ARBITRATION

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of use will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Nigeria in English and governed by Nigeria Law pursuant to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the Information Technology field in Nigeria and is independent of either party.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUBCRIPTION TO THE NEXTLAW PRODUCTS

GENERAL

You agree that if you are unsure of the meaning of any part of the Terms and Conditions of sale, you will not hesitate to contact us for clarification prior to making a purchase. These Terms and Conditions of Sale fully govern the sale of goods and services purchased on this site.

ACCEPTANCE OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Payment and Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Nigerian Naira. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the site to our users; however, errors are inevitable. Where there are errors, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you already paid for the products.
